Before you arrive
Cancel free of charge up to 14 days before arrival. From 13 to 7 days before arrival a 50% charge applies, and within 6 days — or for a no-show or shortened stay — the full room charge applies. Group bookings of 8 rooms or more have longer notice periods; see our Cancellation & No-show Policy.
Check-in is from 2pm and check-out is 12 noon. Arriving on an early flight or leaving on a late one? Leave your bags with us and carry on enjoying the pool — and just ask about late check-out, which we offer whenever the day allows.
Complimentary airport transfers are available for bookings of up to 4 rooms or 8 guests. Airport pick-up: 7:30 am – 6:30 pm daily, subject to availability. Airport drop-off: 9:30 – 11:30 am and 2:30 – 4:30 pm daily. Please send your flight details to our reception team at least one day before check-in so we can arrange your transfer.
Absolutely! Our Family Sea View and Family City View rooms give everyone room to spread out, with cots, high chairs, and a children’s menu are available. Children under 6 stay free. For ages 6 to 11 there is a 200,000₫ charge per child per night, and an extra bed for anyone 12 and over is 600,000₫ per night — both settled at the hotel rather than added to your online total.
Of course — vegetarian, vegan, and allergy-friendly cooking is no trouble at all. Let us know when you book and the kitchen will plan around it.

I had a wonderful stay here. It was only 2-3 minutes walk to the beautiful beach for swimming and watching sunsets. 2-3 minutes walk to the shops, restaurants, and a huge modern gym. My hotel room was large, modern and fully equipped with excellent AC. All the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was superb; a wide choice of excellent healthy tasty dishes available. The hotel decor is palatial and in great taste. Special thanks to Ian (Guest Relation Officer), Tracy & Joy (receptionists) and all the catering staff. Highly recommended.
